Welcome to Abydos Tours. By booking a tour or using our website (abydostours.net), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. ✅ Booking & Payment
- A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the tour start date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or secure online gateway.
2. 📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 40 days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee
- 30–39 days: 25% of total cost
- 15–29 days: 50% of total cost
- 7–14 days: 75% of total cost
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% (non-refundable)
Note: Domestic flight tickets are subject to airline policies and may be non-refundable.
3. 🔁 Amendments
- One free amendment is allowed if requested 30+ days before the tour.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
4. 🌍 Force Majeure
Abydos Tours is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics). In such cases:
- We offer credit for future travel valid for 12 months.
- Rescheduling is free (excluding flight fare differences).
5. 🧭 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
6. 📸 Use of Images
By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing.
7. 🛡️ Liability Disclaimer
- Abydos Tours acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party services.
- All tours are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
8. 📄 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in Egyptian courts.
