Refund & Returns Policy

At Abydos Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent refund policy while maintaining the highest level of service.

📅 Cancellation by the Client

• More than 40 days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee (administrative costs)

• 30–39 days before arrival: 25% of total tour cost

• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost

• 7–14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour cost

• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of total tour cost (non-refundable)

Note: Domestic flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies and may be non-refundable.

🔁 Amendments

• Changes to tour dates or services must be requested in writing.

• Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

• One free amendment is allowed if requested more than 30 days before the tour start date.

🌍 Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events (e.g. border closures, pandemics, natural disasters), we offer:

• Credit for future travel valid for 12 months

• One-time free rescheduling (excluding flight fare differences)

💳 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

• Bank or transaction fees are non-refundable and borne by the client.
